8. BUTT JOINT PLANE WELDING MACHINE

9. POWDER MARKING DEVICE




Powder marking is a very important function in cutting technology, its main functions are:

1. Displaying graphics, checking the cutting program is correct or not. 

2. Marking the welding position line

3. Marking position

4. Marking for next step machining

The  working principle is 200 mesh zinc powder is putting inside the powder tin. And the oxygen mix around the zinc powder to make it fill full the tin. At this time open the oxygen, then the high speed oxygen flow from nozzle hole will bring out the zinc powder from tin. The powder will be melt by the high temperature on cutting nozzle to be liquor and mark on the surface of steel plate to form a white line of 0.8 - 1mm width. Because the zinc powder is sintered on the surface on steel plate, and this line can keep for long time and wont easy to fade.All the powder marking movement is directly controlled by computer.


10. FLAME TRIPLE/FOURFOLD CUTTING TORCH





Flame triple torch straight line bevel station is mainly used for straight line bevel on steel plate. The structure is to fix 3 torches on one station. First Torch is used for cutting of under bevel. Second torch  for vertical cutting. Third torch for cutting of upper bevel.  By this cutting then can achieve bevel with certain accuracy. Because the bevel angle is relative to the plate thickness, there is limited to the bevel thickness. The max bevel thickness is 75mm.
